Bonjour..
\nAyant pris mon domicile chez une dame afin de rompre la solitude et la s\u00e9curiser , tout en travaillant \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque , j’avais d’apr\u00e8s la ville de Li\u00e8ge et le policier qui est venu constater d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre colocataire (avec un contrat de bail le stipulant) ..
\nPuisque je travaillais, je n’avais aucun avantage fiscal \u00e0 cet \u00e9tat de fait …de plus , je payais une pension alimentaire pour mon fils , pension d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par le juge de la jeunesse (j’ai donc pay\u00e9 cette pension alimentaire jusqu’\u00e0 ses 25 ans) ..
\nJ’ai des preuves de payement de loyer par extraits de compte bancaire., de m\u00eame que l’achat de courses etc etc tout comme une personne seule..
\net malgr\u00e9 tout cela, apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de combats et passage en justice, j’ai perdu contre l’onem.
\nJe suis donc condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 rembourser + ou – 25.000 \u20ac …
