La Cour constitutionnelle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 saisie \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a pourtant tr\u00e8s peu de chance pour que le projet de loi d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ce jeudi passe la rampe du d\u00e9bat en commission. Pour le MR, Florence Reuter rappelle que ce statut a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour financer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale dans les ann\u00e9es septante car la situation \u00e9conomique n\u2019\u00e9tait pas id\u00e9ale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. \u00ab\u00a0Or, la situation a plut\u00f4t empir\u00e9 depuis\u00a0! Si nous ne sommes pas oppos\u00e9s au principe d\u2019\u201cun individu, des droits\u201d, on ne peut pas uniquement agir aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des allocataires sociaux. On parle tout de m\u00eame de presque deux milliards et on ne mentionne pas l\u2019indexation des salaires.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La lib\u00e9rale estime qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une proposition \u00ab\u00a0purement \u00e9lectoraliste\u00a0\u00bb du PS. \u00ab\u00a0Si on parle allocation, on ne doit pas uniquement parler de \u201crehausser\u201d. Il faut aussi discuter de la limitation dans le temps du ch\u00f4mage par exemple. Nous avons besoin d\u2019une refonte compl\u00e8te de la s\u00e9cu.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le PS ne trouvera pas plus de soutien au CD&amp;V, autre partenaire de la majorit\u00e9 qui estime lui aussi que le co\u00fbt est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, qu\u2019il vaut mieux axer les moyens disponibles \u00ab\u00a0sur les personnes les plus d\u00e9munies\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Plus surprenant\u00a0: la logique des socialistes francophones n\u2019est pas celle des socialistes n\u00e9erlandophones de Vooruit.
