{"id":1614,"date":"2022-11-29T22:22:52","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T21:22:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stop-statut-cohabitant.be\/?p=1614"},"modified":"2023-01-27T10:57:44","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T09:57:44","slug":"statut-de-cohabitant-e-100-perdant-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stop-statut-cohabitant.be\/nl\/statut-de-cohabitant-e-100-perdant-e\/","title":{"rendered":"Statut de cohabitant\u00b7e, 100% perdant\u00b7e !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-nl\"><span class=\"qtrmessage\">Onze verontschuldigingen, dit bericht is alleen beschikbaar in het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stop-statut-cohabitant.be\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1614\" class=\"qtranxs-available-language-link qtranxs-available-language-link-fr\" title=\"Fr\">Fr<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p>R\u00e9clamer l\u2019arr\u00eat du statut de cohabitant\u00b7e, c\u2019est exiger la fin de ces situations dans lesquelles des personnes,\u00a0<strong>du fait qu\u2019elles cohabitent<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>per\u00e7oivent un montant plus faible (que les personnes isol\u00e9es) d\u2019allocations sociales ou de suppl\u00e9ments, de correctifs ou d\u2019avantages sociaux.<\/strong>\u00a0Cela concerne par exemple quelqu\u2019un qui est au ch\u00f4mage, en invalidit\u00e9 ou amen\u00e9 \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 l\u2019aide sociale (RIS).<\/p>\n<p>Ce statut perp\u00e9tue une image de la famille et des formes de vie commune bien\u00a0<strong>en dehors de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0de beaucoup de citoyen\u00b7nes. Il v\u00e9hicule des\u00a0<strong>st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes stigmatisants<\/strong>\u00a0envers les allocataires sociaux, st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes qui alimentent les oppositions et les divisions au sein du monde du travail et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des cons\u00e9quences concr\u00e8tes qui portent trop souvent atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 des personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour\u00a0<strong>Pr\u00e9sence et Action Culturelles<\/strong>\u00a0(PAC) ainsi que le\u00a0<strong>Centre d\u2019Information et d\u2019\u00c9ducation Populaire<\/strong>\u00a0(CIEP) du\u00a0<strong>Mouvement Ouvrier Chr\u00e9tien<\/strong>\u00a0(MOC), cette situation n\u2019a que trop dur\u00e9 et nos deux associations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mener ensemble une campagne de sensibilisation et d\u2019information pour r\u00e9clamer la fin du statut de cohabitant\u00b7e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En mutualisant les forces de nos associations d\u2019\u00e9ducation permanente<\/strong>, cette campagne vise non seulement \u00e0<strong>\u00a0sensibiliser<\/strong>\u00a0la population quant \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur de l\u2019injustice de cette mesure, mais aussi \u00e0\u00a0<strong>faire pression sur les autorit\u00e9s politiques<\/strong>\u00a0afin qu\u2019elles commencent r\u00e9forment la l\u00e9gislation et fassent de la suppression du statut de cohabitant\u00b7e un \u00e9l\u00e9ment prioritaire de leur programme lors des\u00a0<strong>prochaines \u00e9lections de 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour nous,\u00a0<strong>la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale doit garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits entre tous.tes les assur\u00e9.es sociaux<\/strong>. Toute personne qui cotise doit pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des m\u00eames droits. Ces derniers ne peuvent plus \u00eatre r\u00e9duits suivant que l\u2019on vit avec d\u2019autres personnes, en m\u00e9nage ou en simple cohabitation.
